We added new customers, added new capability and infrastructure here at Fox Valley Sand Blasting & Powder Coating. We have improved our timing and added another level of training to our best-in-class workforce.
As we close in on 40 years of quality and capability growth, 2025 was a good step forward. The list is long but let’s focus on some of the notable additions:
– As our customer’s needs grew, so did our ability to meet their needs. Since we work with projects as light as ounces up to many pounds (or even tons!), we wanted to get ahead of customer needs by increasing the weight and versatility of our materials handling equipment. All of the production centers now have upgraded cranes in the right places to safely handle heavy and large materials as they move from sandblasting to prep to either powder coating or paint, repositioning them properly.
– The addition of upgraded transport in the plant now allows us to move and lift up to 8 tons safely. Once coating is complete and it has cured, it is properly padded or packaged for transport, moving to an awaiting truck. Our lift trucks are an essential part of our opperation.
Our custom-build oven extension for our 40′ GFS oven. It allows us to coat product up to 48 feet in overal length.
– The addition of an oven curing capability that will accept 48 foot long parts (depending on shape and wieght). This gives Fox Valley Sand Blasting & Powder Coating the ability to handle your larger projects without breaking a sweat! This is one of the Midwest’s largest powder coating batch ovens.
– We upped our game in employee training, productivity and timing control while working with suppliers to keep costs as low as possible for our customers.
