Developments in anti-bacterial and anti-viral technology have made HUGE leaps and bounds in the past couple of decades. Here at Fox Valley Sandblasting, we are proud to provide Antimicrobial powder coat finishes to virtually any surface that you specify!
One industry hit hard by the COVID-19 Pandemic was gyms. Limited capacity, constant disinfecting and customers desiring to stay home have hurt the industry. Antimicrobial coatings can be a part of the solution! Whether you have a home gym, small business, or manage equipment for a large chain, these coatings can help alleviate some of the issues dealt with in 2020. Powder coating is considered the best finish for exercise equipment, but exposure to harsh chemicals and deep cleanings can wear out even the best coatings. Our antimicrobial finishes are available in hundreds of colors and even clear coats! This can add durability and sanitation to a work out facility.
Some businesses have taken advantage of government-mandated shutdowns and slowdowns to remodel and update. Restaurants and commercial facilities that were in a position to reinvest have been able to get a new look and new fixtures in their buildings. We have applied antimicrobial finishes for a number of different businesses, the photos featured today show a clear coat being applied to stainless steel door handles for a manufacturing plant in Texas that is taking the next step in helping keep their employees healthy and safe.

Thank you for visiting our new website. This has been a crazy year so far, but we are doing our best to keep things moving forward as safely and efficiently as possible.
COVID-19 has shut down our favorite restaurants and many local businesses. Due to the essential nature of some of our work for the municipal fresh and waste water industry, as well as some military and medical applications, we at FVS are continuing to work during this time. We are doing so carefully and with necessary protective equipment whenever possible.

Jennings Terrace Car Show
It’s that time of year folks!
The Jennings Terrace Car Show is Sunday from 8am-1pm. There are prizes and the food tent is sponsored by Fox Valley Sandblasting & Powder Coating! Come show off your car, or simply have a bratwurst and check out some very cool rides!
We are again sponsoring the Morris Cruise Night as well as Gears & Ears! Morris Cruise night is the second weekend of every month in summer and draws 300-600 cars each week! They have featured vehicles and plenty of activities in downtown Morris.
Gears & Ears is the car and corn fest of the summer. The Midwest Street Rod Association of Illinois hosts this show every year at the Kendall County Fairgrounds, right down the road from our shop! 30 lucky show attendees will go home with G&E shirts that highlight the featured rides of the 2017 show and have our logo on the back! Be sure to come early to register your car and get a primo parking spot. The 40th Annual Gears & Ears is June 25th!

Weekend Drop-offs
We are glad to accommodate after hours drop-offs and weekend appointments!
Please call to arrange either. After hours drop offs can be scheduled any day of the week, please call the office to arrange those details with our office staff.
Our Saturday office hours are mode only by appointment. Due to the varying availability of our employees we schedule weekend office hours on Friday only. Please call on Friday to make or confirm those meeting times.
